- Monday - Friday: 8:00am - 4:30pm
- Saturday - Sunday: 9:00am - 4:30pm
- Our kennels are staffed during the holidays however, pick up / drop off will not be available
- Pick-up before 11:00am - No charge for the day
Our Boarding Requirements

Pets must have up-to-date vaccinations to stay with us

All boarding reservations require a 50% deposit at time of booking.

To avoid losing your booking deposit please reschedule/cancel reservations no less than one weeks prior to reservation.

Any medication or supplements to be given to your pet during their stay must be in the original prescription bottle

No Raw or Refrigerated diets due to limited refrigerator space

Flea and Tick prevention must be applied or administered to your pet no less than 24 hours prior to their stay. Please be sure to note the brand and the date of application when filling out boarding forms please.

We ask that you leave us a number where you can be reached, or contact information for someone who can make medical decisions for your pets. If you pet is ill or injured and you can not be reached we will take your pet to the nearest Emergency Clinic and you will be responsible for any charges incurred.

We are a Fear Free Certified facility and strive to achieve the least amount of fear, anxiety and stress for all of our boarder. If your pet is showing signs of distress due to fear, anxiety or stress we will have a doctor evaluate and proceed with any recomended medications to aid in overcoming these barriers. Any cost associated with examinations and medications will be the responsibilities of the owners. We will make an attempt to contact you, but will ultimately proceed with anything that will aid in your pets positive boarding experience.
